we met michio & he signed our books! he was so gracious, charismatic, and gentle. i really had to restrain myself from reaching out and caressing his hair. it was amazing to be in the presence of one of the greatest minds of our times. the lecture was incredible, despite technical difficulties and the opening act. OMG, the opening act. heresy. blasphemy. two fucking idiot "illusionists" not even worthy of an eight year old child's birthday party. they flubbed the most simplest of tricks. we could literally see their "magic." penn and teller they were not. this was an actual quote: "pick a number, any number" "oh, that's too high, how about three?" bad bad bad.
this , however, is good:

“Life is like a bicycle, to keep your balance your must keep on moving.”

- Albert Einstein

  1. You need to come over and watch some Nova at our house...

    It iz the shit!

  2. You wanted to touch his hair, you do just need to pet Hayden, looks about the same! And I posted 3 min after you commented!

    Yesss for hair!

  3. this is not an illusion, and there is nothing up my wrist-length sleeves which i will NOT be rolling up tonight, ladies and gentlemen, behold while i fail at life with dime store card tricks before and after a lecture about dark matter, advanced civilization, insane technology just over the horizon, time travel and the multiverse

The divine PB&J in me, salutes the divine PB&J in you.
