  1. Only weird if the tattoo is of a snake that extends all the way down his torso to his crotch, which I have seen at work and is unfortunate.

  2. most neck tats are delish, except when they're not.

    a super sexy lady with some script on her neck said 'hi' to me in a coy way, and it gave me a funny feeling in nether regions.
